I believe relationship therapy is for everyone. From long term friendship to new love, all committed relationships can benefit from a dedicated space to work through disconnection.

My intention as a relationship therapist is not to keep people together. Forcing a connection to fit a particular mold only brings pain for everyone involved. Instead, we’ll be curious about what brought you together, how personal history and broader systems show up, and how to nurture a deeper understanding of one another. When we give ourselves permission to release expectations of what a relationship is supposed to look like, we create opportunities for the natural, true shape of connection to emerge.

Relationships I’m drawn to working with include…

LGBTQ+ folks

Co-parents

Siblings

Friendships

Non-monogamous relationships

Metamours

Co-organizers

Parent and child
