I offer 30 minute free consultations so we can both get a sense of one another.
Of course, it’s impossible to truly get a feel for each other through an initial consultation. Should we move forward in scheduling sessions, I invite us both to continue creating curiosity and spaciousness to get to know one another and feel into the therapy process we create together.
I believe all relationships, including ours, require slowness and intentionality as we build trust and depth together.

While the length of therapy can vary widely, I tend to build long-term therapeutic relationships, often multiple years long.
That said, I also believe in the value of being together for a season in our lives, seeing what I may be able to offer, what we can build together, and then exploring what might be the next space for you to heal and grow in ways that are beyond what I can offer. Sometimes, we have to take breaks from therapy, and spend more time dancing than talking, staring at the sky more than grounding, and I invite us to be in conversation about how our space is feeling as we evolve.
