Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.

I’m Enya. I arrived to therapeutic work with a deep desire to witness and guide folks in finding meaning and true connection in their lives.

We are each embedded in a constellation of relationships, systems, and the history of our families, communities, and cultural identities. I believe when we give ourselves the opportunity to understand how our internal world is shaped,we really get to be with some of the most terrifying and beautiful questions.

As a white, genderqueer, polyamorous person, I feel dedicated to the continual investigation of privilege and power. I see therapy as an opportunity to move toward liberation collectively, and believe that celebrating the beauty of who we are is an integral part of therapeutic work.

Background & education

I received my Master’s in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University, along with a dual degree certificate in LGBTQ+ Health, Education, & Social Services.

I completed my practicum at the Institute for Human Identity, a non-profit psychotherapy center dedicated to serving LGBTQ+ populations. Since then, I have been practicing at the Gender & Sexuality Therapy Center, providing psychotherapy to folks navigating intersecting identities related to gender, sexuality, race, culture, disability, and class. I continue to practice part time at G&STC along with seeing folks through my private practice.
