Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

I’m Enya. I arrived to this work with a deep desire to witness and guide folks in finding meaning and true connection in their lives.

We are each embedded in a constellation of relationships, systems, and the history of our families, communities, and cultural identities. I believe when we give ourselves the opportunity to understand how our internal world is shaped, this is where we really get to be with some of the most terrifying and beautiful questions.

What was I taught about what healing is supposed to look like? What does healing mean to me? How may I more deeply connect with my body, with the land, with my community?

If the questions feel aligned with what you are craving in therapy, I encourage you to reach out so we can speak more about beginning our work together.

Education & background

I received my Master’s in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University, along with a dual degree certificate in LGBTQ+ Health, Education, & Social Services.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and elders navigating intersecting identities related to gender, sexuality, race, culture, disability, and class. From facilitating art therapy exploring emotions with five and six-year-olds, to working with partners together for over 20 years, I continue to learn and grow as I connect with folks in all walks of life.
